I am writing this out of fair and complete honesty.. I have lived here at four seasons in Mason, Ohio for the past 5 months and I am disgusted! Let me put it to you like this, the maintenance have been told time after time after time that we had mold in our closet and they did not come over until we told them that we called the health department on them. Then they came over and took the ceiling out and put a dehumidifier and a fan in there. A week later they came in and even with the ceiling still being wet they covered it up with dry wall and once again its leaking... Its very depressing... I would have to say don't move here if you don't want any problems! They cover the problem up but they do not resolve it! Plus they will let illegal immigrants stay here and that I know for a fact!

You know I am kind of agreeing with you on this. I wrote a review back in April and I wasnt living there anymore. I moved back in a few months ago to another apartment and I liked it for about a month and then I had problems. I have had a flea problem and have not been able to stay at my apt for about 3-4 weeks. I told the office about it the week I found the fleas. I only own a cat and my cat never goes outside. I tried to take care of the fleas myself and I took my cat to the vet to get treated. They office ended up telling me that I had to wait over a week for the exterminator to come around and I would have to pay for the treatment. I told them i was not paying for it bc it was not my fault and it is their building. Anyway, I ended up having to go to the office and complain and tell them I wasnt paying. They found out the problem was coming from outside. I cant wait for my lease to be over. Thank God I only have a 6 month lease. And believe me I'm paying for it. I also agree on the illegal immigrant comment too. Now we have aliens and drug dealers. I am so done with Four Seasons!!!

I don't live at or work for the Four Seasons Apartments but I have worked in the multi-family business for a few years. I can tell you that every apartment community has strict guide lines in place regarding to whom they can rent. Anyone that passes the background check that wishes to live there is welcome regardless of color, creed, nation origin , etc.
