My husband and I are having a serious problem after only living here for about five months. We are infested with bedbugs, something I've never seen before. They are eating me alive. I have allergic reactions and itch and swell badly. This has been going on since May. Maintenance did one treatment on our apartment, determined we had to throw out a new $1000 king size bed, and when we refused, they never came back. We have covered our matress, pillows, and box spring in zippered vinyl bags. This is ridiculous that we are being punished for something we did not bring into the complex. The 800 building is trashy. There are peaople living 8-10 adults to a unit. In the winter we never have hot water because too many people are showering. No one seems to care to help us. I want to move but work in Mason and this "dream" location is a nightmare. Any residents having the same problems, please respond. Any non residents "Stay away"---management tells you what they think you want to hear only.

I cannot believe that this is true. I heard this first from a cable worker that was working at my boyfriends house. He asked me where my apt was and I told him Four Seasons in Mason. He said I hope you dont live in the 800 building and I said no why? Apparently, after he was done working in the 800 building, the "owner" (not sure if it was him or not, maybe a secretary or maintenance), came to him and said if I were you I would strip your clothes and shoes before going into your house. And the owner also told him to take a shower ASAP. The cable guy asked why and the owner said bc that building is infested with bed bugs. The reason we got into the conversation is bc I told him that my apt had a HUGE flea problem and my car NEVER goes outside. And he asked if I was sure that they were fleas and I said yea bc I know what they look like. I feel for you and your family. I'm not sure whats going on with Four Seasons but I havent stayed in my apt in over 2 months bc I'm sick of the drug dealers and illegal aliens. I'm not racist by any means but I cant stand these people. I hope things get better for you.
