I moved into my apartment under the old management company for a temporary stay. When I rented my apartment I knew it wasn't the ideal place to live but circumstances being what they were I rented anyway. Within 2 months of my moving in the new company took over and that same month my hallway was painted, new carpet installed, new windows and entry doors throughout the building, new treads on the stairs, new laundry facilities (previously I had to take my laundry out because the machines didn't work). The problematic residents were made to leave which meant that finally the building was quiet. There is so much more that has been done since I moved in. My temporary stay turned into a 2 year stay with no plans to move. The office and maintenance staff are always one step ahead. Four Seasons has evolved from an ugly duckling to a swan, which, by the way, hang around the lake that has gone from toxic to awesome. I would recommend
