We know they are a special crew and we're thankful every day to work with such fine professionals. We're having a tough time finding your name anywhere in our system and we'd love to be able to talk with you in person about your concerns. So sad to know that your experience has resulted in name calling. We acknowledge that we have experienced some turn over in our office. Several of those departures were due to promotions within our organization and others were not. At any rate, we do our best to make sure that our residents don't experience any blips from a service standpoint but we may not always get it right. As always, we are happy to discuss any quality issues you may have with your apartment home. It is always our intent to provide our residents with truly upscale living and superb customer service. We don't show any record of outstanding or ongoing A/C issues but again, we are happy to listen should you choose to give us a call at our office. Admittedly, we had an incident recently when a resident put something in the trash compactor that was not conducive to the equipment. We had that issue resolved the next day and since then have had no complaints about trash on the property.
