the management is bad!

I lived at the conservatory at deerfield and while I was there, the management was in complete chaos. A new management company was taking over along with new ownership. Most of the people working in the front office were rude, unhelpful, and did not seem to know what is going on. (I say most because their were a couple who knew what they were doing. However, the ones who did not know what they were doing will think they did).
The property was run with out a manager for close to six months. One employee there is extremely rude and has absolutely no people skills. How she keeps her job is beyond me. I do NOT recommend living at this property. You will be very unhappy and they over promise and underdeliver!
This fact is a real shame because the property is beautiful and it could have a lot to offer. Great location, great residents for the most part, and great amenities when they are available.
When I lived there, the indoor basketball court was locked down for many months because of theft and destruction. The court was a huge selling issue for me when I looked to rent and then it was no longer available to me once i rented. Same with the computers and online service. It too was restricted and shut down. They had advertised 24 hours to me. Later it became no hours.
