Over priced, but just Okay

Terrible parcel system. Parcel closet always unlocked. Lost two parcels thus far.
Noisy. I think it is mainly a young crowd that rents here because you hear loud thumping music from cars all evening. In the morning you hear cars honking their horns, I assume someone is inside waiting for a ride. The outside walls are thin as you can hear cars drive by through the complex and out on the main street of Mason-Montgomery road and we are a bit in off the road. Really bad in the rain from 6:30am till about 9:00am. I live in a townhouse so the actual apartment 3 levels building may hear neighbor noise. I do hear my neighbor closing doors and some thumping and the only joining wall is one bedroom wall.
I found one rude staff member who was a blonde, small and dirty looking. I never bother to ask her, her name. Wasn't worth wasting my time. Other than her they seem great and kind.
Apartment was still dirty at the time we moved in. Stained carpet.
Maintenance work is not that great. Bad painting inside and terrible caulking. They caulk and paint right over dirt, mold and old caulking. Paint drips in globs all over the walls. Just sloppy maintenance upkeep.
All in all it is okay, but not worth the money. One would expect a better apartment as in appliances and upkeep for the high rent price.
Over priced, but it was the only end unit we could find in a 10 mile radius. So, we suffer.
