I have lived here for 3 years. After reading all of the previous comments I figured I should let the public know what they are getting into. All of the reviews are true to a certain point. Yes the police are here a lot, but the response time is fast and they keep things safe. I have had only 2 maintanence issues and they were resolved quickly and efficiently. It can be noisy, but the management is quick to combat it if at all possible. The kids can be a nuisance but that is what you get in a family apartment community. Clubhouse and court security is lacking, big time!!!! Almost impossible to use the Basketball court!!! Outsiders are always in there. No regulating on if residents are using or not. Mainly Kids from the surrounding area. Parking can be tight late at night and no parking zones are not enforced. Lots of construction right now due to new development near property, if you like a clean car, stay away. It is pricey, but rent specials keep things in check!!! You have to pay for Water, utility bills can be high, not very good with air circulation when windows are open.
