... Over all I am very pleased with my service at The Conservatory. It has had it's up's and down's as any community does. But personally I think that the staff is exceptional, all except the new manager anyhow. I have lived here for 3 years now and love my apartment, but now this new owner has came in and now they are trying to give me a $225 rent increase... is that even legal' Besides the gliches that have occured recently my time has been great at the Conservatory, the young girls in the office are very thoughful, helpful and seem to always help. Not to mention everytime I come to the office they remember my name and apartment number. To me that makes it seem they CARE. So, I have to say I would recommend the Conservatory to anyone who likes luxury living.
