It used to be worth it

The Conservatory seemed like a nice community to move into last summer. I was pleased with the look of the apartment and the features offered. The first 6 to 8 months were great, with the notable exception of dog waste all over. Then the complex was sold about 2 months ago to a new management group. They have been nothing but rude in all of my dealings with them. The lease resigning rate is $150 more per month then what I'm currently paying. There is no way that these apartments can justify these prices anymore. The traffic has gotten steadily worse since moving in and the addition of a Wal-Mart on the other side of Bowen drive certainly won't help. I would have recommended this neighborhood 6 months ago, but not anymore.
