The complex was recently sold, and the new owners are raising rent an average of $225 per unit. That makes our rent $900 a month for a two bedroom!! And while Mason is a nice place, The Conservatory is not. We were fooled to move in last summer because of the good rent deals and the overall look of the place. Now they are raising rent and they say that it is because they are building a security gate out front and painting the buildings. Well, a crew of 4 -------- is doing the painting. They are doing a great job, but I cannot see them costing as much as a large company. And there is no word on the gate that was supossed to be done by mid-August. (It is mid-August now). Parking is so bad people just park anywhere, making it difficult to pull out of certain spots. I have complained several times will no outcome. The basketball court is used EVERY night by outsiders. I went down to play with my brother one weekend and 12 guys made us leave. I asked if they lived back there, and they laughed and said no!!. Again I complain, again nothing happened. Cars honking every morning always wakes me up, kids are loud (but that is expected), and you cannot walk in the grass ANYWHERE without stepping in dog crap!! It is gross and overpriced. If I could describe how I feel in one would it would be FRUSTRATED. The new office staff is extremely rude, and they do not seem to care about anything. As another person mentioned, the package room is unlocked and unattended. Packages are not sorted properly, so it takes you about 30 minutes to find a package, that is, if someone else has not taken it. Please, it will look nice when you check it out, but you will regret it within the month. I would strongly suggest taking your $900 a month, and just buying a house. That is way to much to pay for rent at a place like this.

This is definately an accurate depiction of this property. I too am leaving as soon as my lease is over. What a shame, it was a great place to live, but since the change in management, the office staff is rude, uncourteous, and not pleasant. I reccomend Mallard crossing, the Arbors of Montgomery, or anywhere else but here. I have talked to many residents and the place is becoming Vacant fast, dont be fooled by RENT SPECIALS!!! You will be sorry if you rent here.
