When I moved in here 3 years ago, I absolutely loved it. It was well taken care of, the office staff was helpful and considerate (with exception to the prop. manager), the other tenants were nice young professionals, for the most part, and a pleasure to live by. The grounds were well taken care of, it was quiet, and a good value in terms of rent price. Over the years, mostly in the past year, it has steadily gone downhill. With the new owners has come a $300 a month rent increase (absurd!), poorly maintained grounds (everywhere except the office area, of course), our grass by our building hasn't been mowed in over 2 weeks!, & buildings have been poorly maintained. New tenants are horrible, I feel like I should be paying $200 a month and living in the ghetto. The office staff is RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Not at all helpful and always complaining about doing there job, except leasing new apartments, but watch out once you're in! It is also noisy now with all the new construction going on all around the place, and no where to park. I definitely recommend looking elsewhere!
