Since March when the new owners came in the current resaidents were PROMISED many things, funny I am yet to see one inprovement... unless you call TRASH EVERY WHERE an improvement, you would think that this place had door to door trash removal. The worst part is that last week they new management had the nerve to throw a HUGE LOUD party with a DJ on WEDNESDAY, it was for a great cause... but during the week''' What happened to common courtesy'' !!! I was very unhappy with that, I have children and the party didn't end until 11 PM! This USED to be a new family orientated community, not who knows. I try to stay away from the office since the new management, RUDE RUDE RUDE... that's an understatement. They haven't the slightest clue about customer service. The new manager is the WORST... she is such a snot. The point is that the OLD management, was much more professional and made you feel VERY imporant, it wasn't just a JOB they cared about us. I KNOW THAT WHEN MY LEASE IS UP next year, I will be high taling it outta this SECTION 8 community. I recomned that these owners should have trashed another place... not this beautiful (well, used to be) community. When I moved here 2 years ago, the place was a beautiful cheerful yellow, now it's a DREADFUL "TOUPE" when in all reality it's puke grey. This place was beatiful, and as a single mother I thought that I had found a home... new management made that feeling go away very quickly, it took only 6 mo for them to run a well paying resident right out here. I would recomned that you find some where else... better yet any where not managed by LEDIC.

Sounds to me like you just need to get a home. For the love of God, some people are just not ment to live in an apartment community. Did you ever think that maybe you where just to stuck up and demanding. The new manager here has done nothing but help me and she is the most understanding ....not just manager, but person. If I were you I would do the world a favor and just go get a home. This is an apartment complex, and does not revolve around just you. There WAS a party and I asure you it was for a good reason, and its a shame out of your selfishness that you weren't there to help and participate, maybe our community don't want stuck up bickering single mothers that have nothing else better to do with there time than to sit and complain and cry, grow up and get a home then. Do us all a favor at Somerset at Deerfield LEAVE. As for everyone else who is on here being curious, there is always going to be negative comments, and people complaining, thats what the world does. IF you really want to know about the community, come and check it out for yourself. These web sites are a crock anyways, people are pathetic.
