NO TRASH Collection on week-ends

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
Its very Nasty on week-ends to go for trash. Have to keep trash outside the trash room and there is no proper room for Garbage..
The Apartment Plan is very poor, its not good engineering.. POOR Maintenance and POOR Management..
