I have lived here for 4 years, rent has been stable throughout that time. NOT ANYMORE!!!! It is going up at least 20%!!! The office staff is very RUDE, and not very helpful. Where do they find these people' They are not very smart when it comes to dealing with residents, my building is almost empty and in 2 months will probably be totally empty, as I and my neighbor are both leaving!!! I used to like it here. I agree with all of the recent posts! Nothing is further from the truth. Do not let the management fool you into believing they are working on things. They are only spending money which will be charged to you in rent. There are a lot of nice places in Mason and the surrounding areas, find them!! Don't waste your time here unless you like rude,non communicating staff. I feel like an outcast every time I pay rent and ask For a receipt. I have ever had a problem with any place I have lived until now. Live elsewhere!! PLEASE for your own sanity and peace of mind, and financial security.
