Not Worth It

We should have left the day we received our keys. We went into an apartment that needed obvious cleaning, the white tub was still yellow and the cabinets were caked in grease. We gave it a chance anyway. BAD IDEA! Thoughout our time living there we had multiple maintenance issues that generally took months to correct with many follow up phone calls from us and no responce from management. This may be due to the fact that there are ONLY 3 maintenance personnell for the entire community. Many time we had to call police becuase of neighbors deciding to party in the parking lot. While patying they would leave beer cans everywhere, relieve themselves in the bushes (plain sight of residents) and play loud music from car sterios. We complained to management many time and were told to just call police. It was not uncommon to find full bags of trash in the back of my truck, due the fact that there was only two trash recepticals on property. When management was notified of the trash I was told to look through it and find a name. I am NOT digging through trash!
All of these issues combined with the complete unprofessionalism of the new management and the HIGH increase of rent made the decision easy to move out ASAP!
