Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I've been living at the conservatory (now Somerset at Deerfield) since 2003 till now. I saw the old management was sold and a new one came last year. This is what I can tell you about the property.
The apartments are not luxurious but comfy. Management was terrible, people was rude with me and very unfriendly -hostile might say-. New management is more willing to help you but lacks coordination. They request you to follow the lease contract clauses but they failed to have all ready when I moved.
Trash collection is an issue during weekends and recycling instructions are gone -they painted over them and nobody from management seems to care about-.
Building paint color is the worst ever. The conservatory used to be white and yellow, now is boring green-gray all over.
Landscaping simply does not exist, nobody cares. The AC unit in the basketball court is disabled since last year. Dogs are welcome but management does not encourage owners to take care of cleaning after. Problems with dogs -and its feces- are common.
The volleyball court is neglected since long ago.
They are constructing a Walmart super center across the street so sightseeing is not the best around the area.
