I am staying here since March 2006.
The apartments are spacious and have good ventilation.
The staff is good.
Let me share my experiences and this is the something weird.
There is a small Gym for the apartment which the management uses as one of the attractions to sign up the new customers.
This very Gym has small fountain which does not function properly and has very little water is squirt out when use the fountain and you might have to doggy act to drink water from the fountain.
I have complained it to Sandy the manager in March and when nothing happened i complained to a staff whose name i dont remember in April and still no one repaired the fountain and then in May i complained to Berenge the Staff who convinced me to rent apartment in somerset and she comes back to me to say that if the Fountain cannot be repaired as it will flood the the whole Gym.
Then again in June when paying my monthly rent i saw the pretty girl whom i complained about the fountain and casually asked her if she did some thing about the repair.
She responded that the maintainance staff have informed her that the Spare parts for Fountain are not available in the market.

This is my experience.
