Initially the front office staff was nice. Once you sign that lease, its a completely different story. To get my thermostat changed, it took me 3 times asking to get that done. I asked for my alarm to be set up, I have already asked twice and NADA. I asked for them to check out some electrical outlets that did not work...NADA! They say gated-community...more like a community that has gates! To compound that, once 6PM reaches,everything is shut off at the clubhouse. Plus, they charge you $50 to use their washing machines. I asked to borrow a card to go use the gym, they said $50. Residents take your clothes out of the washer and just lay it anywhere.
Looks good on the outside, but its OVERPRICED and the management team is mean and treat you like dirt once you sign that lease.

I moved in on 2/1/09. I received at card for the facilities no charge. I've personally have not had any maintenance issues, though what few problems I did have came early and I have not needed them since then. The office staff has been super courteous to me. I agree the gates do not work, but I was told they didn't when I rented and got the message they probably would never be. And the clubhouse does shutdown at 6pm, again that was made quite clear at rental, and the FREE card you get allows you 24/7 access to the laundry and gym.

i lived in this community for 2 years and they do supply you with a clubhouse access card for free- 1 per occupant. they only charge you $50 when you loose yours. that access card provides u with 24/7 access to the workout facilities and laundry facilities. The only thing that closes with the clubhouse office hours is the business center which is understandable as there are computers that i am sure some residents would damage or misuse without office supervision. The pool is open till 10 and you can use the tennis courts any time you want. The entire time i lived there the office staff were always friendly and courteous. Also, they all were there the entire time of my stay.. usually rental office staff is like a revolving door. They always seemed genuinely concerned if i had a maintence problem (maybe bc at least 2 of them live onsite so they know how it is). The only reason i moved is bc i was relocating closer to my job. The office staff at my present community do not come close to stacking up to Michelle, Beringere, cindy and jennifer :)
