My wife, child and I moved into Sterling Lakes approximately six months ago while our new home was being built. Since that time, we have had no problems with noise. Also, any type of maintenance problem we have encountered has been handled within 24 hours. When our air conditioning went out, a repair person was at my door within 15 minutes of my call to fix the problem.

The office staff is nice and will work with you on any problem. The grounds are well kept and attractive. My little one has enjoyed the playground very much.

I can always park directly in front of my apartment, without fail.

In all, Sterling Lakes has been a good temporary option for me and my family. I would recommend it to anyone.
