Apartment hunters: I would suggest finding someplace other than Sterling Lakes. The carpets are bargain basement quality, as are the floors in bath and kitchen. The walls are paper thin, we can hear the folks upstairs doing things I won't mention here. The apartment we rented was not like the one we were shown, the maintenance men are slow to do their jobs. The halls are not kept clean and they smell.
The office staff sends out lots of memos and letters to try to straighten things out, such as dog poop not being picked up,kids keeping bikes in halls (fire hazard) but there is no follow up, and no one listens.
The rent is high and the water bill is more than what I paid at house!!!
