I will be moving out on the first and let me just say: these apartments are horrible! The maintenance men are horrible, the staff changes ALL OF THE TIME, the carpet is NOT new when you move in, they are slow to fix everything, they never know your name no matter how long you live there, the walls are paper thin and I can hear everything about me, NO ONE picks up after their dogs, the fish die in the pond about every quarter and the whole community smell like fish, the paint is all coming off outside, the common areas are horrible, the mail boxes are always broken and everyone can access your mail, this community does not care about your complaints, parking is horrible, they obviously do no screening as both of my neighbors admit to being in prison, almost everyone who lives here is from India and the smell is nothing but Indian cooking, the office staff is so horrible- they never smile, wave, go out of their way for anyone, call you back, etc. And lastly, you don t need an alarm clock here, especially on Saturday mornings at 8am because the nice sound of lawnmowers is always there to wake you up. Brickman Landscaping will always be there by 7am, so if you work second shift, like I do, this place is not at all for you.

Amen, Sister! I am out of here too in July! One of the -------- who work for Brickman actually LOOKED into my apartment one day when I was home and they were working, I was sitting right there in the living room!!!! Not only that, but how correct you are about all the people from India, I feel like I am living in another country! The carpet is BARGAIN BASEMENT carpet, stains very easily, very thin in places, the walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors having sex, it is disgusting. Hope you like your new digs, I know I will!!
