This post is in response to several others below.
They do send out alot of memos but never really follow up on any, you'll have enough by the end of the month to feed a small bonfire.
I have lived in this complex for about a year now, and will be leaving when my lease is up.
We have been through 3 managers in the last year and our new one isn't any better.
Rent is going up 13.5% starting in 2008 so be aware.
I have noticed changes in our water bill, and another thing about those notices.
I have gotten notices such as my lawn furniture isn't in spec, my husbends grill is too big, ang get this...
I know a decorated vet that lives in the neightborhood and mgt.
told him to take down his American Flag and POW flag because it didn't go with the scheme.
Needless to say, they allowed him to keep his flags due to the fact that it is his RIGHT...
But other then that, have had problems with the carpet (cheap, thin, stains), walls (thin as well, dent really easily and you are required to fix yourself) and ceilings(I can hear the cats upstairs as they walk around).
You will also notice in that they were constructed very poorly, and are starting to settle leaving cracks in ceilings and walls are bowing.
Lord only knows if they will last another 10 years.
Neighboors are an interesting bunch and the lawn service does come before the crack of dawn.
If you have the money, invest in another complex!!!
