Rent is high compared to the other facilities.
They have a tougher lease policy (need to sign at least 12 month lease to get a decent deal).
I moved out because they wanted to increase the rent by $200 after my one year term was over unless I sign a 12 months lease.
The staff (especially the manager) is very unfriendly and the way 'he' behaves is like he is doing a favor by renting the appartment to us.
Maintenance is poor.
Response from the staff is also poor.
Only 3 common washer driers in the entire community.
Will have to wait or will have to use them late in the night.
Only one tennis court (the light will come one hour after the sunset).
Overall not a good place to be in.
I will definitely do not recommend this place for my friends.
