Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
My wife and I are current residents, 2 years running, and have never had late payments. A few months back they lost our rent cheque and gave us an eviction notice. This month I paid rent early with 2 money orders and they lost those and said I didn't drop them off. So now I have to cancel the money orders and request the funds back. This takes 30 days. But I have to give them the rent that they lost again. So i am now out 2 months rent when I should have only paid the original.
