If you don't mind to live in igloo during a winter, that is your place.
Cold wind goes through your home.
No Heating unit and additional heathers could not help you get warm.
I would say that there is no insulations in the wall.
Wind blows from the sockets on the walls.
The management was not friendly, at all.
They don't meet new residents with pleasure.
Some of my friends did not go there because of the managers irritations.
So many residents have large dogs, that makes the place more dangerous, specially for children.
