Although the office staff is nice, it is not worth it.
About 1 mo. after we moved in the water heater was making this awful racquet. To the point of waking us up. We approached the manager and informed her that we would like it replaced. Well after about a week of repeat asking the owner's son asked if it was completely necessary. I asked him if he would like to spend the night and find out for himself. The eventually replaced it and maintance told me that it was completely filled with sediment and that it can explode when it gets to that point.
The appliances are also crap. Our dishwasher works half of the time and the other half it takes about 30 minutes before it kicks on, and there is only one big burner on the stove.
There are also no ammenities here. I have looked at several other places that are equivalent in size that come with a variety of ammenities.
