If you do not mind stupid and loud people or dirty kids this is the apartment complex for you. The appliances are ultra cheap, so don't be suprised that you have to run your dishwasher twice to try to get your dishes clean.

On to the management, the manager here is the queen of getting complants and never investigating them. Just leaves a nasty gram on your door with false allegations. She doesn't even realize she is an idiot.

I have heard complaints about the maintence people, however, they have been fine with me. But please note the appliances are cheap and don't work normal. When they come around for your filter change the idiot manager comes with them and she looks in your closets (just an FYI), hide the sex toys.

The apartments are spacious and in a great neighborhood, so if you are looking to live in mason for cheap... the is the ulimate cheap.
