I have lived here since 2006 and was satisfied until recently, when management apparently stopped caring.

Noise complaints go unchecked, parking is an absolute fiasco, apartment appliances and workmanship are relatively cheap and some of the filthiest people in Mason live in this complex. (Woman below me beats her kids all night, people upstairs have dogs that could wake the dead, people hanging giant Russian flags off their balconies, teenagers trolling the parking lot looking into cars, etc). At one time it seems like the apartment rules were being enforced, and then there was a surge of new people and they simply stopped caring.

I really wish I could still enjoy living here, but once my rent went up substantially when I renewed it was very easy to see that it was a mistake to renew. The only reason I am still here is because it only takes me 5 minutes to get to work from here, however even that convenience is being scratched out by all the the issues.

There are comparable apartments in this area that have much more to offer and have much better standards for less money.

I certainly can agree with this person since I lived for two years in another metro community. Same story. Not suprised. Don't ever move to a Metro Community property!!!

Appreciate your review. We were thinking of moving here as we need to relocate from Columbus. Doesn't sound as nice as the advertisement!! Thanks--will look elsewhere.
