I think the staff wrote the two shining reviews! This place IS terribly noisy! I wasn't going to leave a review until I saw the other honest reviews. I love the layout, the lakes, the colors and the size of the apartment but it is way too noisy. You can hear right through the walls. The other night, my neighbors were arguing and unfortunately, I could hear every detail. Some of my neighbors are nice, others are jerks. I just hate the noise. I agree with the comment about the kids out front. They play right in front of the gates. They run back and forth over the bridges. They are never supervised. I have to drive less than 10 mph to keep from hitting them when they dart out in front of my car. I am torn because I love the area and the look of the apartment but I can seriously do with out the noise.
