As others have mentioned, the grounds are nice. The office staff is nice. The noise is terrible. I have also almost run over kids playing on the streets. They have no respect for approaching vehicles! I have asked to have my kitchen island removed and was told it could not be done. I hear my neighbors all the time. Even their uh, "nocturnal activities." I am tired of spending over a thousand bucks per month to hear other people's noises. As soon as my lease is up, I am history. When I viewed the apartment with one of the office girls, I heard a toilet flush in another apartment and was told that the toilet had been "acting up" and I would not be able to hear that once I moved in. I fell for it because the place is so beautiful. I feel like a heel now. I haven't slept in on a Saturday since before I moved to this place. My neighbors sound like they are wearing steel shoes when they walk accross the floor. On the bright side, I no longer need to set an alarm clock. I just get up when I hear the guy upstairs use the toilet and get in the shower, at 4:00 am.
