This place has no sound proofing! I broke my lease early to escape! I had to pay for it but it was worth it to leave Twin Fountains. Here is a list of things that I overheard from the next door apartment: Male neighbor urinating (and other bathroom functions), neighbors intimate time, alarm clocks, phone ringing, footsteps, microwave beeps, dishwasher, washing machine, toilet flushing, drawers opening, television and radio. Not to mention how the ceiling shook every time they walked the floor. Or how about when they decided to run from one room to another and shake the light fixtures!!! This place is a beautiful piece of crap! The gates never worked, my garage door broke, the door handles broke, cabinet doors broke!!
