Staff acts like they don't know what is going on!!!

The staff act like they can't help you with the billing. The manager has to do the billing part, eventhough the staff acted like they perfectly knew what they were doing the first time they put your information into the computer. I asked them questions and they had to call the corporate office to find out the answer. They don't tell you about the Mason City taxes either. Eventhough you are in a rental facility you are required to pay city taxes. Not only do we work in Mason and pay taxes but we live there and pay 1% of our gross salary for city taxes and the roads are awful and have been for all Spring and Summer. The gates never work in the facility. They are always broken. Now, you have to go to the trouble of getting tokens to put into the car wash. Don't get the top floor with the outside of the building either...it will cost you an arm and a leg in the winter! You will mostly be paying for the convenience of garbage pick up, and the grounds being kept up along with the poorly educated staff. If you like screaming kids, well they are there too!
