Staff Mgr and Assistant are discourteous, standoffish and inhospitable once moved in.
They promise an upscale living but do not deliver. Such as delivery items, i.e. packages are not secured. No courtesy calls when they arrive. Miss garbage pick-ups on designated days.
Doesn?t retain heat well, drafty.
An upscale complex run by an amateur Office Staff. All pretenses.Tries to be hoity toity. Staff, Mgr and Assistant doesn?t handle noise complaints properly. They have to witness, hear the noise in order to file a formal complaint.
Noisy neighbors. Walls are paper thin. Ceilings are thin. Too many unnecessary rules.
Can?t obtain Mail Box Key until inventory form of unit is complete. Illegal as per USPS at this particular complex.
Wonderful cosmetics though, i.e. garages, car wash, curbside garbage, large closets but underneath it is a dump.
