THAT'S FUNNY ! YES YOU ARE CORRECT THIS PLACE IS NOISY AS ALL CAN BE BECAUSE IT IS NOT ISULATED AND THE NEIGHBORS ARE AS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFULL AS YOU WILL EVER FIND AND THEY ARE DISRESPECTFULL OF THE STAFF AS WELL.
