Not much left to say after reading all the other reviews as I concur.

They have a very rude office management. They never return your calls and they are never in the office when you need anything.

I can't believe the noise through the walls. It is so unbelievable you can hear the neighbors talking. Sounds like they are in your own apartment.

Drees is the builder of this complex and it is such poor workmanship I would never ever buy a home built with their name on it.

COULDNT AGREE WITH YOU MORE ! BUILT LIKE GARBAGE MANAGED POORLY AND IT IS NOISY AS ALL CAN BE FOR GODS SAKE ! BUILT BY DREES.
