I haven't had ANY issues with noise AT ALL..I live on the 2nd floor end unit, so that might be why. But I love it here. The office is nice to me, and always very helpful. I love how it looks and the whole area...
The only problems I've had were the heat bill, it was insane $$$, because the high celings and I don't think it's insulated well. Also another problem would be the hot water. If one of us takes a shower, you have to wait a few hours for your turn with hot water.

IT'S NOT ISULATED WELL BECAUSE IT WAS BUILT BY DREES !
