This is a nice community... but there are also several caveats to consider. For one, your first year, the rent amount is usually reasonable, but this is the result of a "special," which goes away at lease renewal, oftentimes resulting in a several hundred dollar monthly rent increase. Also, these buildings, although new, are not well-constructed. We have had to have our bathroom plumbing redone completely because of pipe-freezing, also, the earlier review mentioned poor heating and air conditioning is right on the money. Our air conditioning causes some rooms to be exceedingly cold, while others bake. Finally, (to be fair, this probably will happen at any apartment), noises can be heard through the walls and floors very clearly. If you are looking in Mason, do yourself a favor and keep looking.

I have to agree with this response. My family consists of 2 adults & 2 children. The childrens rooms are freezing while the adults room is very hot. We had issues with the security system. The company would come out & find nothing wrong with the system. That is total bull...they never would check what we told them the problems were. The staff would not fight the tenants, they believed the company. I have talked with other tenants & they too had the same issues. Don't rent here if at all possible
