Twin Fountains looks nice on the outside and even the model unit is fabulous. Hold on though. Your first night living there you will realize that you can literally hear your neighbors talking, word for work. It comes from all sides. The walls are paper thin. Don't be fooled by the model unit. You hear everything and it when the neighbor has 4 kids jumping off the beds at 1:00am, it's no wonder you cannot sleep. This goes on night after night, and believe me it happens in most of the buildings. This place is too over priced. You will definately regret moving into Twin Fountains from the 1st night's stay. The electric bills are terrible because one side stays warm while the other is freezing cold. The water is extremely expensive compared to Loveland or Cincinnati. The only positive thing about this complex is when your lease finally expires. The only happy people here are those who have hearing problems so the noise does not bother them or they were desperate to get into something until their house was complete. Do yourself and family a major favor and go to any other place besides twin fountains. They might be newer looking but the quality of the apartments stink.

Don't be fooled by any good ratings you see here. They are definately put there by the staff. Honesty can 37 different, uhappy people all be wrong. The place stinks.
