I have lived here for 4 years and the staff has always been helpful.(Even when I did not get my Way)I had a couple of months where I was late with my rent and although I had to pay late fees I was never treated any differently than when I paid on time.The property is beautiful and the maintenance staff goes above and beyond.There is noise from the construction next door(which the staff has no control over)and in any apartment community there is going to be neighbor noise.
