My wife and I moved here last July. We enjoyed the first year so much, we are getting ready to sign a 2 year lease. Guess what, no rent increase. There is some noise from neighbors, but that comes with living in an apartment. You want no noise, buy a house. My wife and I sold our house and moved here.
For those whining about paying water. I work at a 35-year-old apartment community in Hyde Park. They along with the most of the apartment industry are starting to make residents pay for water. The staff always treats me with respect and I know there are times when I stop by the office they are swamped. They always take a couple of minutes to be courteous. So if you have had a problem with this. The problem may not be Twin Fountains or it's staff. You may want to look in the mirror and say to yourself. I am the problem.

We lived in Twin Fountains for 2 months summer of 2005 and may sign for 6 months this summer when we move back to the area while looking for a house. Are you still happy with it?
