I really wished I'd read the reviews before I moved into this terrible place... so so poorly built, with an outside view of garbage bags lying in front of every house every other day! And if your bag doesnt get picked on time ... it lies there as an eye-sore for 2 more days!!

We were victims of:
Pipe bursting;
house breaking (by management, without informing us at all while we were clearly not at home)
refusing to move us to another place (so had to live with exposed pipes, no dry wall except on the floor and not a drop of water)
THEY NEVER RETURN OR PICK UP THEIR EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE NO.
And if you think the staff would be compassionate with us during the ordeal, just forget that! The women surely live with their noses in the air!
The noise whenever our neighbor decided to use the washer/dryer... that managed to punch holes through our side of the wall with the vibrations!

And yes, I do agree that if there are any good reviews for this apartment complex, they are put in there by the staff, who are happy making a living lying all the time.

hint. your pipes wont burst if you dont shut the heat off when its 3 degrees outside. this 'gentleman' had neighbors who he flooded myself included. he caused the problem and maintenance fixed it when he was not there. if you flood your apartment..and your neighbors.. someone has to fix it, and they cant wait for you to come home. that is how it works in apartments. im very happy that the maintenance guys did the repairs, since the man who wrote this didnt respect his neighbors enough to contact the office BEFORE shutting his heat off. oh and the trash, they pick it up FOR you 3 days a week, if you are too lazy to set your trash out on time then take it to the compactor yourself. ive been here for a while, its a great place..who else picks up your trash for you???

Im laughing as i read this mans 'complaint' seems that he does not want to take responsibility for a problem that he caused and blames the staff for it? Well here is one for you. I lived here, and I was evicted, becasue after many bad breaks and a job loss I could not pay the rent. The ladies in the office treated me with more compassion and respect than I can say. They tired to help me make payments and even offered to transfer me to a less expensive apartment to help. Unfortunately, I could not manage to stay. Many times I myself was probobly not as respectful to the staff here, as I was embarrassed and humiliated, but THEY never made me feel that way. Anyone can write anything here, and whatever negatives you might see posted on this site, you can believe that the ladies here deserve a medal for the things they have to deal with, and they do it wiht style and grace, and I am very appreciative of how I was treated.

These positive responses are all written by the staff at Twin Fountains ! This place is a NOISY HELL HOLE people ! The staff lie on the reviews regularly or they would have a 10% reccomendation rating. Go to Nantucket !
