Place looks great on the inside and out.
Plenty of space (1,240 sq ft!!!)
Garbage pickup 3x per week (so convenient)
Free car-wash
Movie Theatre in the clubhouse
Superfriendly staff (before AND after you sign the lease)
Island in the kitchen
Part carpet/part tile floors
Garden bathtub in 2nd bath
Linen closest so much more storage room
3 walk in closets!!
Everyone has at least 1 garage plus driveway space!!
Its true that you can hear your neighbors stomping around if you live on the first floor, but I've never NOT encountered that problem in any apartment I've ever lived in. Also, try to find as nice of an apartment with an attached garage with every unit in Mason for the same price or lower. You can't do it!! For an apartment, this place rocks.
