My wife and I visited many apartments before choosing Twin Fountains. We did a lot of research and felt that it would be difficult to find more bang-for-the-buck. Coming from a "home" we wanted to find an apartment that was as close as possible to a "home" atmostphere. We also wanted to find a place with a garage to put our extra funiture in (out of state transfer). Fortunately, the apartment we got had a two car attached garage which worked out perfectly, otherwise we would have had to pay for an off-site storage for another $80 per month. The floor plan is very nice and we get lots of compliments on it. I'll admit that the upstairs neighbors can be heard walking at times but we are alright with it because it is in fact an apartment. The clubhouse is a great way to entertain friends, the pool is very well kept and the staff has always been helpful and eager to help us. Overall, thus far, we are very satisfied.
