NOISE,NOISE AND MORE NOISE !
Neigbors are rude and dissrespectful with the constant noise and most of them are professional white collar people with every noise maker imaginable including unsupervised children running all over the place yelling and screaming as well as constant barking dogs and just overall rude neighbors in general that should not be allowed to live at a place in this price range. The post office in Mason is horrible you will find out as your mail gets send to your neighbors home and thier mail gets sent to you no matter how many complaints you make to the post office and important mail like credit card statments and mail with your social security number on it being sent to strangers in your complex is definatley not a good thing. Maintainace is great and the staff is just fine but good luck with the noise and the neighbors being nice and respectfull of the fact that you have to work for a living and you need to sleep during the night and the wee hours of the morning while they are partying like rock stars and I am talking about adults here ! Some neighbors like to run a buisness out of their appartment around here like a cabinet maker sawing wood all day and evening out of his garage making constant noise like living at a saw mill. Had a neighbor in a band that thought this appartment complex would be a great place to set up a full band and practice nightly. Other neighbors yelling and screaming at the kids non-stop and more barking dogs. So if you love lots of noise and drama with the neighbors then this is the place for you ! Also water leaks in the appartment on the walls during heavy rain and snow and pieces of siding are blowing off the building that is fairly new so since this complex is built by Drees I will never buy a home built by them ! The clubhouse is only open during office hours so you will not be able to utilize the amenities unless you don't have a job. After your first year lease is up your rent will increase anywhere from $100-$300 a month depending on which apparment you live in and despite anything you may be told and then expect yearly monthly increases that are simular $$$ ( Anonymous ) and ( trade up ) is a leasing agent at the complex writing the comments.

geez Dude how many times are you gong to post this same stuff....i lived below you and YOU shut YOUR heat off!!! maintenance did the ONLY thing they could do, come in and fix it while YOU werent home and YOU didnt contact anyone to tell them you shut your heat off during one of the coldest winters here in YEARS! get real, you caused the problem and you didnt even bother to knock on MY door to apologize for MY inconveinence. nice guy you are...and you have the stones to blame it on maintenance??? thank God for them or all my stuff would have been ruined because of you. what is wrong with people?? and to that noise complainer up there..you blithering idiot...i use the clubhouse and gym all the time, you get an access card so you can use the place 24/7 what more do you want? and you live in an apartment, the rest of us cant be absolutely quiet because YOU sleep during the day? unlike you other people actually have LIVES.... and how is TF staff responsible for your problem with the post office ? looks to me like this place should check prospective tenants for brain cells before they rent to them. i have been her for 4 years the current staff is the best ever, its not their fault that their tenants are so disrespectful to other residents or that some people want to blame THEIR mistakes on the maintenance guys. i see these guys picking up other peoples TRASH 3 times a week and they always take care of me when i need them..the rest is just bunk! people who need to complain because they didnt get their own way or because they couldnt or wouldnt pay for their obligations. check yourselves people, this place rocks.

All the Best! We had water in our walls & a hole in our floor. They broke into our house (without informing us) when THEIR pipe burst during a winter storm ... and we still paid a 1000 bucks just to get out! But who cares, the only job the staff will do is disguise as a paid &%$% to write about 'ooh how so nice the apartments are'. Those are the kind of reviews my comments got, so just keep your fingers crossed and wait for a comment saying how bad a tenant you are!!!! But besides that, count out the days in hell. Keep smiling :)

This place has very noisy party people who live hear so keep that in mind if you need to get sleep at night.

Twin Fountains is an apartment complex...it is going to have noise - if you don't like noise - don't live in an apartment!!! Overall - our experience with Twin Fountains has been ok. The staff is very friendly and nice, the maintenance crew is top notch, and the surrounding are ok. There is some areas I feel like need to be cleaned up a little, but this is an apartment complex...and they have several hundred people to try and keep happy. I do not like the constant traffic in and out...at all hours!! I keep expecting them to fix the gate (as promised when we signed our lease)! As for noise...the people above us are fairly quiet - you can hear them walking across the floors!! We have only had one issue where the kid must have had a party (parent must have been gone) - music was bumping my ceiling - I would have been very angry if they had woken up my kids - but here again....this is an apartment complex! Disrespectful or whatever is a matter of opinion... We have enjoyed our stay as much as possible for a life in an apartment complex!!

the bad thing about sites like this is that all the reviews here are anonymous, no one is going to put their real name, im certainly not going to give my real name on the internet..who in their right mind would? but i wonder about the credibility of a person who posts here anonymously? and then accuses the office staff of posting here anonymously? seems a bit unfair just becasue you are mad about something. if you have a complaint then tell the manager. i moved in here a year ago, and its actually been pretty nice..i have a bad back and the trash pickup is great for me..but everyone is entitled to their opinion, and when you can do it anonymously disgruntled people like to vent. thats fine. if i wasnt happy here id move rather than complain on the internet. i dont think renting here is a bad choice, i suppose if you are expecting perfection you can find something wrong..i think that is a fair review, and i dont work here..
