I will be honest that Twin Fountains was the first and only apartment I ever lived in, but over all my experience was good. Before the management change in 2006 I had some issues, that had to be taken up with the VP of the property mgt company, but he was responsive and helpful. The team that took over in 06 were extremely professional yet always gave the personal touch. I never experienced noise problems that weren't directly related to the idiots that lived below me - that isn't the complex's fault, but the fault of the disrespectful people who lived there... I had issues during a snow storm that caused the window above my front door to lose its seal and water was everywhere! - the office staff did the best they could to get me taken care of in a timely manner. I'll tell you this, the layout of these apartments are wonderful - I believe drees cut some corners to get things done, but over all it was a nice place to live. And inspired me to buy a drees home! = )

The truth about Twin Fountains is that the staff write reviews on this site and they dont live here they only work here and the residents today are far too f-in noisy so if you need sleep in order to function it wont happen here. Come move here now and see how much sleep you can get with all of the noise going on ! Good luck !
