Where do I begin' First, the quality of the buildings are awful. In the winter, they are extremely cold where a person has to put plastic on the windows and it is still cold in your apartments. My electric bill for heating the place is outrageous. February 2008 my heating bill alone was $210.00 for a 3 bedroom apartment. Better have warm pajamas and sweater. Their pet policy is another story. You have to watch your pet every minute and I mean every minute. Yes, they require leashes and that is more than understandable. Nevertheless, one day I had my dog tied up just for a few minutes of exercise while I unloaded groceries from my vehicle. It was a very nice warm day and she wanted to be outside. I though it an favorable time to let her exercise while unload groceries. Along comes management complaining. My dog was tied up for a few minutes and they complain. Then you have neighbors that have nothing better to do than to snoop about what a person is doing and then if they find something you did out of error they call the manager. I am serious the neighbors are all nosy and a bunch of whiners. Maintenance personnel are lazy and rude. They act as if they are doing you a favor by repairing something in your apartment. Hey, what do I pay rent for' Their paychecks. If it wasn t for us renters they would not get a paycheck same for the managers. What upsets me the most is if I have family visit they are not allowed to bring their pets with. I am sorry but pets are part of the family. So, if you have family visiting and you live in these apartments well tell them to leave their pet home which is sad. You know some pets are cleaner than the people that occupy these apartments. The nosy neighbors need to get a life and stop calling management and complaining. Gee, they must be perfect tenants. I sometimes think that management blames some of the tenants for the complaints when I think its maintenance personnel that complain and cover themselves by saying a tenant complained. Maintenance drives around the complex doing nothing and then goes back to the office and complains. Maybe they will shut this place down as they charge to much for rent and the whole place is dysfunctional. Yes, it s a cold place and I just don t mean the heating, I also mean the owners/management.
