Where should I start'
People leave their shoes, coats etc. strewn about the hallways, you can never find a close parking spot, so you have to haul your groceries from kingdom come, the hallyways are dirty and the drains always back up and the pipes leak. My noist foul mouthed neighbors' apartments reek of marijuana. If you like this type of atmosphere, you'll love it. If you're like me, you'll go elsewhere.
