I have been a resident for 1 year and I have been very pleased. The size of the apartment is good, the balcony is room and comfortable too. I have had no maintenance problems, and management and maintenance staff has been responsive whenever I've needed something. I do recommend Arbor Court to others. Yes, sometimes parking is difficult up close to my building - but it's only a few more steps to get a spot.
