I've lived in Gates Mills Towers for three years and I would say overall the experiance was pretty good. The leasing office was always friendly and able to answer my questions quickly. Maintanance was fast and mostly efficent. Gate Mills Tower is by no means the best apartment complex in the area, but for the price its pretty good.
