I am moving out when my lease ends.

Why'

You can hear your neighbours to much, and if you got a jerk of a neighbour as I do it is a pain. Walks like an elephant, take showers around midnight and yells at his girl/wife/whatever at 4am. And yes, I can here everything.

It is great with two swimmingpools, tenniscourts and everything. But you still spend more time in your apartment.
The interior is very cheap and plastic. Paintjobs looks like a 4 year old did them.

The Guard house is a big joke to.
It is great that it is there, but don't see it as security, perfect that they will take your UPS packages and stuff like that when you are at work.

When I have had some problems with my apartment it has always been fixed the same day or the day after, that is good. The staff is also good and nice.
